The Brief

Flexi-lets is an established provider of quality serviced apartment accommodation in the South/South East. Increasing their portfolio of properties rapidly and with new companies moving into the thriving business centres in the region daily, potential customers are appearing all the time. Flexi-lets wanted a marketing partner to help them increase market share and increase occupancy and margin for all their properties.

Our Approach

Fogo devised an all encompassing marketing strategy that is designed to build advocacy amongst existing customers, convert warm leads and consistently add to the new business pipeline. With a robust strategy in place – looking to the next twelve months for the business, we created a full comms plan covering, content, email marketing, social media/digital marketing, events and PR. The aim is to position Flexi-lets as a premium, service- led provider, offering so much more than an online booking platform.

We create regular blog posts, added value offers and other intitiatives aimed at building a relationship with regular clients and encouraging one off clients to book again.


The work we have done on the existing website has led to a huge increase in revenue generated by the website (several hundred percent in the first three months and steady double figure percentage increases thereafter month on month), traffic is increasing steadily as are new enquiries via the site. Email open rates are well above average as are click throughs to the site and Twitter engagement has increased exponentially as well.
